To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, here are a few simple things to keep in mind:

• Lead guest must be 21 or over to check in.
• Cancel for free up to 2 calendar months before date of arrival. After this time, we can only refund if we can resell those dates.  
• This property is not suitable for small children - there is deep water on both sides with no fence / gate. We accept no liability for any injury or loss. 
• There is no swimming in the marina. There are beaches either side and beyond.
• Strictly no smoking. 
• Sorry, no pets.
• No parties or events - the apartment is in a quiet residential building. If security are called due to noise or we receive complaints, we reserve the right to cancel your stay immediately with no recourse.
• If anything does get damaged, just let us know - accidents happen and we're here to help.
